Metering system Dulcodos® universal The new universal metering system from ProMinent
Metering system Dulcodos® universal
The new universal metering system from ProMinent Metering is dependent on the metering pump. Components, such as pipes, relief valves and electrics – indispensable, but scarcely variable – ensure the reliable operation of the system. That is why we have pre-configured the new metering system Dulcodos® universal with these standards. The benefits for you: low costs, fast delivery, simple commissioning. Naturally you have a choice here as well: Should it be the solenoid driven metering pump Beta® 4 or 5, delta® or gamma/ X? Should the pipes and seals be made of PP/FKM or PVC/EPDM? And do you need one or two points of injection with one or two pumps? The novel valve block gives every metering system a clearly arranged structure. Every system is equipped with two relief valves, a collecting pan with leakage sensor and a calibration When a metering pump has been installed, the capacity in litres per hour has to be determined under ... more in the glossary tank for controlled metering for complete operational safety.

The electric fluid transfer pump reinvented Husky e-Series: electric operated double diaphragm pump
The electric fluid transfer pump reinvented
Husky e-Series: electric operated double diaphragm pump Graco’s Husky™ 1050e electric double diaphragm pump offers dry running and stalling, as well as significant energy and cost savings over equivalent electric pumps and conventional air-operated diaphragm pumps. “The Graco Husky 1050e is the only electric diaphragm pump on the market that will stall under pressure, to prevent pump failures from clogged lines or closed valves,” says Walter Leeten, Product Marketing Specialist Process at Graco. “Its energy efficient electric drive reduces energy consumption by up to five times compared to traditional air operated diaphragm pumps. In addition, the 1050e can be set to reduce pulsations, so you no longer need a pulsation dampener – which contributes to its low noise levels.” How it works The Husky 1050e is an electric operated 1” double diaphragm pump (EODD) and consists of the same fluid parts as a conventional AODD. Where it differs is that it uses an air pressurized center. “Compare it to a bicycle wheel,” explains

The new hydraulic diaphragm metering pump Orlita® Evolution High process reliability and flexibility
The new hydraulic diaphragm metering pump Orlita® Evolution
High process reliability and flexibility The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump Orlita® Evolution sees the dawn of a new era in ProMinent’s process pumps product range. The new Orlita® Evolution pump generation was unveiled for the first time at ACHEMA 2015. The hydraulic diaphragm metering pump Orlita® Evolution form an integrated product range with stroke lengths of 15 to 40 mm. This covers the capacity range from 3 to 7,400 l/h at 400 – 10 bar. A wide range of drive versions is available, including some for use in Exe and Exde areas with ATEX certification. The Orlita® Evolution product range is designed to comply with API 675. The new hydraulic diaphragm metering pump is an oscillating diaphragm pump with hydraulically deflected safety diaphragm. Alongside the PTFE multi-layer diaphragm with integrated diaphragm rupture warning system, an integrated hydraulic relief valve and the new diaphragm layer control system ensure maximum process reliability. Heidelberg-based ProMinent uses a specially developed
