MZT Pumpi has produced and delivered 16 pump units (category End Suction Pump – SCP range), intended for modernization and capacity increase of Generation Thermal Heating Plants - TO “Dunav”, TO “Konjarnik”, TO Novi Beograd and TO “Vozdovac”, Serbia
A new design of End Suction Pump with capacity 1600 - 1800 mł/h and pressure 5-12 bar has been developed especially for the needs of the Belgrade heating plants. The technical design of the pumps is in accordance with ISO 5199/EN 25199. This type of pumps is applicable for transport and circulation of hot water, at temperature up to 200°C, and also for transport of potable or sea water, oil, crude oil and oil products.
The total Project for pump supplying for Thermal Heating Plants was realized through number of different activities:
- Development of completely new design of End Suction pumps in our Research and Development department and production of the pumps in our manufacturing facilities;
- Witness testing in our Test Lab in accordance to ISO 9906/1 witnessed by the representatives of the investor;
- Appointing experts for the appropriate equipment by MZT Pumpi in order to supervise the installation and commissioning of the equipment in Belgrade heating plants.
