MechaTronix launches 5 new series of pin fin heatsinks for the powerLED white light market.
Made by hot forging process from high thermal conductive aluminum AL6063-T5. And thanks to the unique cooling surface of round pin fin design these series are utmost applicable for the new LED generation of 60 to 100 lumen/W.

• 3 standard heights in each series
• Each series available in base thickness of 3mm or 5mm

• Typical thermal conductivity 209W/m-K.
