The compact flame monitors D-LX 200 and D-LX 720 now are also available for explosion hazardous areas. Also for this application it is possible to cover the complete ambient temperature range from -40°C up to +85°C which is already well known from the standard versions.
In addition to the protection clases against gas explosions the devices also fulfil the protection classes for dust. And for the first time compact flame monitors for use with fibre optic systems are available with ATEX certification.
Like the variants for safe regions also the Ex versions allow to ascertain the burner state at a glance by looking through a window at the device. And naturally the option for complete SIL3 certification is available as well.
